After finally reaching my target weight that makes me a candidate for bariatric surgery, it's time to lose some weight. Let's try the blog method.

Thank you for asking. The plan is to try and lose weight, and then compare the results against computer-calculated projections of what I would have lost with surgery, and then we'll see.
