Today's Menu

Breakfast: An Apple

Morning snack: coffee and 2 rice cakes

Lunch: Fillet Amnon with a side of green beans. I took vegetable soup as well but didn't eat it due to excessive saltiness.

Afternoon snack: 3 rice cakes and a clementine.

Supper: I was so hungry when I got home from work, and luckily there were leftovers from shabbat. I started with some roasted potatoes and meatloaf, but I was still hungry so I had a chicken breast too. And then another half.

Midnight snack: four petit-berre biscuits.

    lots of supper. can you supplement extra chicken with salad or veggies?

    1. Water throughout the day, approximately 0.5 liters per hour.
      Vegetable supplements clash with my being too lazy to do so. As American Jews would say, you're welcome to come prepare the vegetables for me.
